The Champagne Patio Goes Live!
We just launched a new website for one of our favorite restaurants– The Champagne Patio. The Champagne Patio is a full service wine shop, restaurant and catering service in Newport, Oregon. Their new website, combined with an email marketing strategy, provides the following features for customers of The Champagne Patio:
- Online Menus – Check back often, because the menus at The Champagne Patio change frequently. Customer can review the menus that they offer at any time to see what is available. Since the website features a content management system, the folks at the Champagne Patio can update the menus at any time to make sure that the most recent information is available on their website.
- Events Calendar – In order to help people keep track of the many events that the Champagne Patio hosts, such as their Wine Walks, To-Go Dinners and Blues & Brews events, we installed an event calendar to help them communicate to their customers. Simply click on the calendar to see what events are happening for a particular day.
- Photo Gallery – Everyone likes to share photos, so we installed a fully-managed photo gallery into the Champagne Patio’s new website. Owner Jean Folwell can easily upload, organize and publish photos to their website through their content management system.
- Email Newsletter – For quite a while, the Champagne Patio has been using email to communicate with their customers. Well, we’ve taken it to the next level by implementing an enterprise-level email marketing strategy. By sending weekly emails presenting their customers with information about deals on wine, the weeks To-Go Dinners and upcoming events that they can participate in, the Champagne Patio is able to communicate intimately with their customers.
We are excited to see the Champagne Patio online finally. As one of our favorite places to visit, we are proud to be handling the website marketing for this great restaurant. Since every website that we build comes complete with a professional analytics solution, it will be interesting to see how the website and email newsletters perform. Jean will be able to verify how many people received her email, how many people opened it, and what the return on her investment is. Additionally, she can easily monitor the traffic to her website to determine how they can better serve their customers.
